The 13 soldiers who make up the current rotation arrived in the area on Feb. 25 and will live in Parks Canada facilities at Rogers Pass until the avalanche threat passes later this spring. The Canadian Forces have been providing annual support to Parks Canada in Rogers Pass avalanche Control since 1959.
