2024 Max Tulloch Submariner of the Year Award

Master Sailor (MS) Richard Belley, a Weapons Engineering Fire Control Tech and the President Mess Committee of HMCS Corner Brook’s MS and Below Mess, received the Max Tulloch Submariner of the Year Award for 2024 for their great dedication and an outstanding work ethic. 

The award was presented by the Coxswain and Captain of HMCS Corner Book, Chief Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Tibbets and Commander Eric Isabelle, and in the presence of Mrs. Jill Garnet, the sponsor of HMCS Victoria, and her husband Vice-Admiral (retired) Gary Garnet.
