RUNNING July 20, 2026 – JULY 20, 2027
In support of the Base Commander’s intent, Transportation, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering (TEME) has developed the Base Rounders Shuttle Service, which is scheduled to run for up to one year, subject to adjustment based on performance and operational effectiveness.
The service aims to improve connectivity across CFB Esquimalt by providing shuttle service between key locations, including the Base Clinic, Naden, Signal Hill, Dockyard, Work Point, and Colwood.

Throughout the service period, daily ridership data will be collected to assess utilization, effectiveness, and long-term viability. (Please note that the Colwood stop will be closely evaluated during the initial phase of the pilot. Continued service will be based on ridership and operational requirements.) User feedback is encouraged to support performance validation and identify opportunities for improvement.
