I am sorry you did not look in the second row from the front near the middle and you would have noticed there was a woman, who was at the conference, there. Likely the argument would have been why wasn’t there more, though?
Because people are promoted on merit not gender.
The Chiefs Conference
I am amazed and concerned that not a single woman was representing senior NCM leadership at this conference out of 45 attendees. What a tremendous bias this shows of the senior leadership. What happened to woman being completely
integrated into ALL ranks of the Canadian Forces?
It would be fantastic if this issue could be directed to “Our” Armed Forces leadership.
