Winnipeg in Toulon, France remembers

LCdr Christian Parisé, the Reviewing Officer for HMCS Winnipeg prepared to lay a wreath on the cenotaph on behalf of the ship’s Commanding Officer and crew during the ship’s Remembrance Day ceremony in Toulon, France during Operation REASSURANCE on Nov. 11.
