The past 2 tenants have been in the military. One got married and moved on, and the other was posted, and before that, the last tenant (civilian) stayed for 8 years. We really enjoyed our military tenants, so we hope to keep up the trend, hence the posting here.

This suite is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Naden, shopping centers, parks, and various recreation facilities. For those who rely on public transport, a bus stop is just 180 meters away, ensuring easy access to the rest of the city. It’s so close, you could practically wave goodbye to the bus driver from your front door!

Charming Outdoor Space:

Year-round, you’ll enjoy a garden setting that is filled with colourful, fragrant flowers in Spring and Summer. Also offers a sunny seating area near a horseshoe pit, all lovingly maintained by the owners. Just think of it as your own personal slice of Eden, minus the talking snake.

Tenant Preferences

We are seeking a reliable tenant with an initial lease of six months to start. Open to a longer term for that tenant who is a great fit. The suite is ideal for single occupancy. We appreciate quiet, respectful, and environmentally conscious individuals. While we love gatherings in the garden, we kindly ask that parties be kept off-site to maintain the serene atmosphere. Let’s keep the noise down—our garden gnomes are light sleepers. Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor common area, as shown in the image.

Rental Details

**Availability:** Move-in date of November 1st, 2025. – **In keeping with our previous association with MFRC, there is a Special Offer for Naval Employees:** Rent is reduced to $1,800 per month (normally $1850) with proof of association with the Military and or the Military and Family Resource Center.

**Inclusions:** Heat (electric heat, supplemented by oil furnace in colder weather), water, hydro, satellite TV, and access to shared laundry facility.

**Interior Features: Ground-level entrance. Brand new carpet with a thick, warm underlay, fresh paint throughout, and a renovated kitchen. Soaker tub. Spacious and bright. New blinds have been added since the images were taken. With all this space and brightness, you’ll have enough room to build a library. (Built-in bookshelves in images)

**Pets:** While we adore animals, we are unable to accommodate pets in this suite. Sorry, Fido and Fifi will have to find another castle.
