Members of the Canadian Navy Dragon boat team, Dragon Anchors, participate in the second race of the day during the 19th annual Dragon Boat Festival on Aug. 17. The festival is traditionally celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar and takes place in cities all over the world.
